Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Beauricua Cosmetics. We will do our best to make sure that upon receipt of your products you will find all that was ordered per your request. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, Beauricua Cosmetics offers returns on any product that has not been previously used. In order to exchange a product you must contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Email us at: info@beauricua.com. The authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of your package for proper processing and accompanied with a copy of your order sales receipt. Unauthorized packages will not be accepted.

What do I do?
• Repack the item/s in original packing materials with the authorization number clearly written on the outside of your package with your sales recipt enclosed.

Deposits & Cancellations: Policy on Makeup and/or Photo Services. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment for Makeup and/or Photo Services, a cancellation notice MUST be summited in writing 4 weeks prior to the date of your appointment. Cancellations less than 4 weeks in advance, are subject to a third of the remaining balance of your package price.

Deposits are nonrefundable.
