Legal Notice

LIABILITY
All of our equipment and products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between each makeup application and/or between each client.  This Agreement also informs you that BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC. is not responsible for any skin conditions or allergies attendees may have.  Any skin sensitivities should be reported by the client to BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC. prior to starting Makeup Services, Workshops or Makeup Parties.  Client agrees to release BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC. from and liability for any health complications due to allergic reactions to cosmetics/makeup by the client.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event the client cancels the appointment for our Makeup Services or Makeup Workshops, the client/attendee will lose the deposit made to BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC., parent/s or attendee will have no further liability with BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC.  If for any reason the workshop is canceled by BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC., the deposit is fully refunded back by check from BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC. to the attendee/client.  Attendee/client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC.

PHOTOS
Clients and attendees understand that any images taken during Makeup Services and/or Workshops are the intellectual property of BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC. and may be used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise discussed with BEAURICUA COSMETICS INC.
